Here's the Nokia X2-01 Reset code if you wanted to restore back the device to its original factory default settings. This is only advisable if you experience some error problems regarding applications installed on the phone and you want to wipe it out. .
Nokia X2-01Soft Reset
This will return back your X2-01 to its factory setting :
1. Dial or Key in *#7780#
2. Press Ok/Yes
This soft reset mode will not delete/harm your important data or applications, it simply restore the .ini files of the Nokia X2-01 ROM
Hard Reset Nokia X2-01:
Another alternative method you can try it if both method mentioned above not working. The method is pressing and holding down button *+3+Yes button right after your phone is turned on.
This a simple instruction on how to factory reset the Nokia N8 and restores the phone to its original factory default settings.

2. Select Phone

This also restore your Nokia when it frezzes at the nokia screen logo only and didn't go any further.

Turn your phone off and simultaneously press these four buttons circled in red.
* * (asterisk key)
* 3 (numeric 3 key)
* CALL / GREEN key
* On button
This is another method below found out by trial and error when the * + 3 + Call didnt work.
Switch your phone off.
Then, lay it down on a flat surface
With 3 finger of one hand, keep pressed shift, space bar and back space all at the same time
With one finger of the other hand, press the power on button
Do not release neither the 3 keys nor the power key till you see the nokia shakehands animation.
This Soft and Hard Reset procedures will also works on Nokia N82, N85, N86 8MP, N95, N96, E71, E72 and more Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile phones.

-Turn the Phone Off
-Press and Hold ANSWER + REJECT + CAMERA keys simultaneously.
- Turn ON the phone by pressing the Power Button
- Wait for the handshake / Nokia logo appears.
Once clear all your data stored is already wipe out, reinstalling it is the next option.
